 RapidRoll® Ultra Secure High Performance Door enhances security, increases operational savings, lowers maintenance costs and offers reliable performance in high traffic areas.

The RapidRoll® Ultra Secure’s space saving design, with its 1.5 hp motor mounted on the inside of the side frame and a single spring box in the drive frame on doors under 12.5 feet, reduces the size of the side frames and the top roll. This makes the door ideal for openings under 10 feet, with limited clearance.

This unique door, with a maximum opening speed of 80” per second and closing speed of 24” per second, is perfect for high-cycle, high traffic areas where security and access control is a primary requirement, and reliability is critical. The speed of the door saves on utility costs in temperature controlled environments. The compact attractive European design, features anodized aluminum slats mounted without hinges or rollers.

The aluminum panels are available in a variety of colors, and optional window slats can give a clear view of both sides of the door. The door slats are also easily replaceable should one become damaged.

 DiscDrive technology reduces excessive wear, vibration and noise during high cycle operation by winding the door panel slats onto the top roll without them making contact with each other. Our  patented soft start/soft stop technology prevents jarring during opening and closing, resulting in reduced wear on the motor and components. The control system permits the top and bottom limits to be quickly set from the control panel.

Safety is also a built-in feature of this unique door with our exclusive Contactless Safety Edge. Through-beam photocells five inches below the bottom edge detect objects anywhere in the full height of the opening during closing. If an object is detected, the door immediately reverses.

When speed and visibility are critical issues, the RapidRoll 3000L is the perfect solution. With alternating double-walled anodized aluminum slats and transparent PVC vision panels, the door panel is strong and provides a clear view of both sides of the door. The transparent vision panels allow additional light to enter the work environment.

The speed of operation—up to 80 inches per second opening and 24 inches per second closing—provides further security.
